Holly Christine Hayes is Founder + CEO of Sanctuary Project, a social enterprise jewelry brand employing and empowering women who’ve survived lives of trafficking, violence, and addiction. Her vision and leadership create a safe space for employees to grow in practical skills, unleash their creativity, embrace their femininity, and heal their hearts – all in a community with other survivors.

Sanctuary Project has been featured on Ellen, Good Morning America, NBClx, and Southern Living Magazine. Their impact jewelry line is sold online at sanctuaryproject.com, and at several local and national boutiques, and was picked up by Target.com in 2020 as their newest jewelry brand.

An award-winning author of the book “From Basement to Sanctuary,” Holly is passionate about helping others find "sanctuary" in their journey through life. She is a coveted business leadership and social impact speaker and has spoken at conferences all over the globe about the power of commerce to transform communities. In her spare time, she can be found splitting her time between her home in Paris, France, and a hobby farm in Middle Tennessee, with her chickens, goats, sheep, cows, ponies, and her favorite farm inhabitant, her daughter Havana.
